Jason and his staff are extremely helpful and customer service oriented. As soon as you walk in the door at Kniesel's Service Center in Roseville, you are greeted by a warm smile and a firm handshake. Jason listens intently, making notes and asking questions when you are finished. Then he quickly writes up your ticket, lays it out in front of you and explains everything that his experienced staff will do to put your car in top condition while making your wait as comfortable and convenient for you as possible. If you need a ride, either take their shuttle in the morning and afternoon or one of their staff will take you to your next destination as soon as they are available. If you decide to wait, the high speed Wi-Fi and tasty Keurig fresh-brewed-every-time coffee will make your stay comfortable and productive. When your car is ready, Jason or one of his staff will pick you up from your "waiting zone" and bring you back to the shop. They will print up the completed work order and insure that everything that you expected was accomplished including a test drive if needed. And Kniesel's always performs a 28 point safety and fluid check. And an added bonus, the car is detailed by the nearby auto wash. What a deal! Finally, Jason will review with you the recommended services or repairs that your car needs based on mileage, make, model and condition. If you listen to Jason and his explanation you will never go wrong. He will also explain what services and repairs can wait and what you should do soon. His only goal is to make sure you are never unaware of any safety items or maintenance items that would cause your car to underperform or breakdown and cause you an inconvenience or an emergency. I have been a Kniesel's customer for over 20 years and I expect that I will be for 20 more years.
