We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation in our region, and while there are many opinions, I want you to know that we are taking recommendations from the CDC and local health authorities VERY SERIOUSLY. We intend to remain open for business, but we are taking special precautions to keep you and our staff safe.

As a growing, thriving, family-oriented company that is respected in the community as a local industry leader, it is important that we set high standards during this worldwide health emergency.

Some of our most important core values are: Family, Stewardship, Community and Honor. Being mindful of these values, we are taking extra precautions in all our Automotive Repair Centers effective immediately.

All employees are wearing gloves before entering any customers vehicle and disposing of the gloves on exiting the vehicle. Keys and key fobs are being sanitized by the service writers prior to being dispatched to the technician team. Disinfecting wipes are being used to wipe down steering wheels, gear shift levers etc.

We are also taking steps to limit contact for those in the office including limiting in-person meetings and reminding employees to maintain a safe distance from one another and from customers. We will also continue sanitizing the office and customer areas. We have staff members tasked with daily sanitizing all three of our Repair Shops. And have doubled our Janitorial services.

We are promoting the use of our afterhours pickup and drop off system, using the lock boxes provided at each location. Simply fill out an envelope, seal your key inside, and leave it in the large black drop box. We can do business with you over the phone, or by email. When your vehicle is ready for pick up, we can send you a secure link to pay online and then make arrangements for you to pick up your keys as needed.

If you are sick or have any of the main symptoms associated with COVID-19 (fever, cough or shortness of breath), we ask that you please do not come into our offices.

Our intent is to keep you, our employees, and their families safe and healthy while accomplishing our mission of keeping our customers on the road in safe and reliable vehicles.
