Brent Kniesel

What I like about my work: Our family business has brought me many joys and fulfillment. I am happy to be able to provide a great working environment to all the staff and very proud of the years of great customer service and work we have performed. I am very proud of my team.

What I like to do after work: I like to giving back to the local community financially and with my time. I am on the board of the NorCal AAA,  the board of the local Rotary Club and an active member of my church. I also feel like I have a calling to make a difference in Africa. I have visited Rwanda three times and have built wells, help build schools and more. A group of us is working on helping the country work on Reconciliation through the organization PHARP Rwanda.

Jody Kniesel

Position: Vice-President

What I like about my work: I feel blessed to have such a gift of a business within our family. I enjoy taking care of the financials and future outlook of the business.

What I like to do after work: I am very busy with my church and participate in many church programs with my children. I also home school my two daughters and two sons.

Bryan P.

What I like about my work: Nothing is more rewarding than having a grateful customer express their thanks, and acknowledging that our team always goes the extra mile for them. It is a privilege to work with the Kniesel Team of professionals who understand the value of customer first, and appreciate each client as an individual. Once I understood the caliber of quality and customer service that each employee is happily committed to, I confidently joined the Kniesel Team, and am here to serve you.

What I like to do after work: My wife and I, along with our four children, are very active within our church and schools’ communities and activities. We also never miss an opportunity to hit the Sonoma Coast to play, and enjoy hosting dinner parties for our family and friends. My latest project is the restoration of our 1964 VW convertible, “Betty”.

What I like about my work:  I enjoy working with the other Kniesel professionals to help customers find solutions to their automotive problems.

What I like to do after work: I enjoy boating, auto racing and spending time with my family.

What I like about my work: I especially like telling a customer that the repair on their car was not as expensive as they thought!

What I like to do after work: I enjoy spending time with my wife and mountain biking.

Henry

What I like about my work: I enjoy the people I work with. It’s like a family shop. It’s small but it’s big.

What I like to do after work: I like spending time with friends and family or just relaxing reading a magazine or watching a good movie.

Jasmine

Position:  Bookkeeper

What I like about my work: The people. I love working for Brent and Jody they are compassionate, straightforward and honest. My coworkers are great too, they are respectful and fun to be around. We always find something to laugh about.  I also enjoy chatting with customers when I get the chance, these conversations often start with “do you know how this coffee maker works?”, even though I’m not a coffee drinker myself I made it a point to learn how to use this high tech machinery for just such occasions.

What I like to do after work: Spend time with my husband and son going on bike rides and to the library. I also love to scrapbook and practice yoga when I have “me” time.

Jason

What I like about my work: I enjoy dealing with the public and especially like to explain how automobiles work to my customers.

What I like to do after work: I like to spend time with family, going to the gym, play basketball and ride motorcycles.

What I like about my work: I like making something that doesn't work, work again!

What I like to do after work: I bowl, and play the guitar.

Manon

Position: Marketing Director

What I like about my work: I really enjoy working with Jody and Brent. Before meeting them, I had never met anyone who gave so much of themselves personally and professionally in every aspect of their life. It is a privilege to be on their team. 

What I like to do after work: Enjoy my husband's company, play with my two amazing boys, travel, explore and enjoy nature.

Matthew

What I like about my work: I enjoy helping people understand how their vehicles work and offering the best solutions for keeping them on the road. Everyday I meet great people and I get to help them to decide what is best for their vehicle and their budget.

What I like to do after work: I enjoy spending time with my wife and 5 children.  My hobbies include riding and working on motorcycles, listening to baseball on the radio, and following motor sports. Our family has always been active in the church, volunteering our time and resources to those in our community.    

Mike

What I like about my work: I like working for such a well established family and community-oriented company. I enjoy the satisfaction of helping customers resolve their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

What I like to do after work: I like to do home improvement projects and tinkering with project cars.

Steve

What I like about my work: I like the people, my co-workers and working on cars.

What I like to do after work: One of my favorite things is to spend time with my wife and kids. I enjoy watching Raider football and to go to the beach.

What I like to do after work:  I enjoy spending time with my daughter and fiancé. When there is time, play Modern Warfare on XBOX.

What I like about my work:  I have always enjoyed working on automobiles and the sense of accomplishment when completing a challenging diagnostic inspection and repair.

What I like to do after work: I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going for walks or hiking, reading and visiting the Lake Tahoe area.
